Mr. Speaker, an unavoidable conflict required that I miss roll call #45, the Alexander Amendment No. 2 to H.R. 3521, the Expedited Legislative Line-Item Veto and Rescissions Act of 2011. Had I been present, I would have voted in support of this amendment.
