Mr. Speaker, unfortunately I was unable to have my vote in the House recorded on H.R. 665 the Excess Federal Building and Property Disposal Act of 2011. If present, I would have voted ``aye.'' Additionally, on final passage of H.R. 2087, legislation to remove restrictions from a parcel of land situated in the Atlantic District, Accomack County, Virginia, I would have voted ``aye.''
